The euro at 12:22 was worth 98.82 rubles. The exchange rate decreased by 1.32 rubles. The dollar fell by 1.5 rubles to 89.1 rubles. The American currency is trading below 90 rubles. for the first time since July 27. The yuan exchange rate decreased by 19 kopecks, to 12.28 rubles.
