According to unofficial data, Anatoly Bakharev died of a heart attack

In Yekaterinburg, at the age of 69, the director of the Elmash Central Committee, Anatoly Bakharev, an honored cultural worker of the Russian Federation (a title awarded by the head of state), died. This was announced by the director of the district House of Officers, Andrei Zuev. According to him, the cause of death was a heart attack.

“He served the culture all his life. He trained artists and supervised the cultural and leisure sphere of Yekaterinburg for a long time. For many years he headed the Elmash cultural center. To some extent, we are all his students,” Zuev wrote on his page on the VKontakte social network.

Bakharev has led the Elmash Central Committee, one of the largest cultural institutions in the city, since the spring of 2018 (as stated in open sources). Before that, he worked in the Yekaterinburg cultural department and in the cultural department of the Oktyabrsky district, and before that, for 24 years (18 of them as director) Bakharev worked in the cultural palace of the Ural Compressor Plant.
