At the Iset electrical connectors plant in Kamensk-Uralsky (Sverdlovsk region), it is planned to terminate the employment contract with the current general director Malik Gaisin, who was detained in March in a case of abuse of power in the implementation of a state defense order. The issue will be raised at a meeting of the Board of Directors, as follows from the information on the website of the Interfax corporate information disclosure center.

“Agenda of the meeting of the issuer’s Board of Directors: […] termination of the employment contract with the General Director of Iset Plant OJSC, M.F. Gaisin; election of a new general director; approval of the terms of the employment contract with the general director,” the message says. The meeting was supposed to be held on December 1, but was postponed. A new date has not yet been set.

Businessman Malik Gaisin was placed under house arrest on March 22. He is accused of abuse of power when fulfilling state defense orders as general director of the Iset plant. As the agency’s source reported, claims against the businessman could arise due to the fact that he preferred private orders to state defense orders. In the summer, the shares of the companies Aktai-M, Vagran, and Korona Tekhet, which in turn are shareholders of the Iset plant, were seized from Gaisin for state income.
