Deputy head of the city of Shadrinsk, Kurgan region, Natalya Byakova headed the local branch of the Russian movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”. This information is posted on the City Hall telegram channel.

“Natalya Vladimirovna became the chairman of the local branch. The work of the movement and primary branches in Shadrinsk will be supervised by assistant rector of ShSPU Anzhelika Ivankina and Lyubov Levina, who previously headed the children’s youth group “Rhythm,” the administration said.

The city branch was opened on December 5. Before this, only primary branches of the movement were created in Shadrinsk on the basis of institutions.

Earlier it became known that they plan to appoint the deputy director of the regional library named after Yugov, Maria Kolchedantseva, as the new leader of the regional “Movement of the First”. Until August, the regional department was headed by Sergei Loskov.
