The defendants in the case of the murder of Dugina partially pleaded guilty

Defendants in the case of forgery of documents for the murder of a political scientist Daria Dugina pleaded guilty in part. This was announced on April 3 at a meeting in the Proletarian Court of Tula.

As reported IA REGNUMin November 2022, the Moscow City Court left a citizen of Ukraine under arrest in absentia Natalia Vovk, accused of murdering political scientist Daria Dugina. Earlier, she was arrested in absentia by the Basmanny Court of Moscow.

At a meeting on March 6 in the Proletarian Court of Tula, Vovk’s accomplices admitted their guilt. So, Andrey Kuznetsov pleaded guilty to forging documents that helped commit the crime. The second defendant in the criminal case, Alexander Suchkovpleaded guilty in part. He noted that he does not recognize the fact that he produced a document for the commission of another crime.

Political scientist Darya Dugina died on the evening of August 20, 2022 in a car explosion on Mozhaisk highway in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. Later it became known that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was behind this terrorist attack. Dugina was awarded the Order of Courage posthumously.
