According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, before the approval of the rules for subsidizing air carriers in early May, the average cost of an economy class air ticket on a domestic flight was 8,470 rubles. By the beginning of August, the cost of the flight decreased by 700 rubles, to 7770 rubles, despite the “high season” and dynamic pricing.
The Federal Air Transport Agency noted that the loading of seats has increased on domestic flights. According to the results of July, the average load on air travel in Russia amounted to 91.5% of seats.
