The Committee of the Federation Council proposed to give the participants of the SVO benefits on car loans

The Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy proposed to give the participants of the military special operation benefits for car loans – to extend the corresponding program to them. A letter with such an idea was sent to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko and Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov

“The Committee proposes to expand the list of persons subject to the program of preferential car loans, including citizens – participants in a special military operation, as well as those mobilized as part of partial mobilization”– leads TASS a quote from a document signed by the chairman of the committee Andrey Kutepov.

He noted that a soft loan for a car is one of the measures of social support. In 2020, about 20 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for it, thanks to which about 200 thousand Russians received a discount.

“Buying a car helps to improve the standard of living of Russian families, as well as the development of population mobility and domestic tourism,” Kutepov added.
