“Rostov” began to discuss with the striker Dmitry Poloz the extension of his contract, said the vice-president of the club Rustem Saymanov.
“We started a conversation … Everything depends on him and on us,” he said in an interview with the newspaper “Sport Express”.
In the 2022/23 season, the 31-year-old scored nine goals in 29 matches, his contract is valid until the end of June 2023.
Poloz moved to Rostov in 2020 from Sochi. He also represented the club in 2012-2017.
