St. Petersburg in the coming days is waiting for the alternation of frosts and warm weather, and the beginning of spring will be more like winter.

“Cyclones continue to determine the weather in our region. Yesterday’s cyclone is ending its influence on the Leningrad region, as it has already reached Syktyvkar, and the new cyclone, which is now over the Barents Sea, tends to dive south, to the northern regions of the ETR, ”says the forecaster.

According to the expert, unstable weather will continue until March 3. An increase in temperature to 2 degrees Celsius will alternate with frosts down to -12 and increased wind. In the future, the weather will stabilize. At the same time, according to Kolesov, “winter will return” to the region.
