Governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexey Teksler, on behalf of the regional government, signed a tripartite agreement for 2024-2026 with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (SPP) and the regional federation of trade unions. A URA.RU correspondent reported this from the SPP board meeting on December 6.
“I signed a new agreement between business, trade unions and the state. Before that, we had a good document, but we prescribed new clauses on assistance and protection of SVO participants. In addition, we have once again recorded the commitment of business to increase wages at a level above inflation,” Texler said during a press approach after signing the document.
Also among the innovations of the document are the obligations of employers to engage in health conservation. The document provides for 100% coverage of workers with medical examinations and medical examinations, as well as measures to involve them in physical education and sports.
