The case of a five-year-old girl who died on a scooter in Novosibirsk was decided to be closed

The girl was riding a scooter, fell and died. The UK first opened a criminal case, but the doctors, without disclosing the circumstances of the girl’s death, concluded that she died not from a fall, but from something else.

Criminal case on the death of a five-year-old girl on a scooter in a kindergarten closed without trial or investigation in Novosibirsk. A medical examination found that the girl did not die from a fall. Information about the true causes of death is not disclosed, it was decided to close the case due to some mysterious circumstances.

The incident happened on August 18 last year. The girl decided to ride a two-wheeled scooter on the territory of the garden number 280, but fell and hit her head on the asphalt. Even then, the Investigative Committee for the region opened a criminal case under part two of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence, due to improper performance of one’s professional duties”).

Earlier it was reported that a schoolgirl from the Altai Territory died from an overdose of medicine. The girl, after a quarrel with the head teacher, decided to cool her ardor with valerian, but confused it with another drug and died.
