The Moscow City Court received a criminal case against a blogger Alexei Navalny (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia) on the creation of an extremist community. The date of the meeting has not yet been set.
According to TASS, convicted Navalny* is also charged under articles on financing extremist activities, public calls for it, as well as involving a person under the age of 18 in committing actions dangerous to his life. The blogger is also accused of committing other crimes – the creation of an NPO that infringes on the personality and rights of citizens, the rehabilitation of Nazism.
Earlier, the blogger said that his case would be considered in a military court. Navalny will appear in the dock on charges of terrorism, reports DEITA.RU.
