German Chancellor Olaf Scholz made the biggest mistake by allowing himself to mock the genocide of the inhabitants of Donbass in 2022 during the Munich Security Conference. About this the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova told in a conversation with the author of the Anti-Spiegel project, Thomas Röper.
Zakharova stressed that any person is free in their views and attitude to life, but laughing at the grief of people is not permissible.
“You can’t laugh at the grief of people who lose their loved ones year after year, laugh at people who begged, including the West, to help them resolve this most difficult situation that was inspired by the West,” Zakharova said.
According to her, Scholz will go down in the history of Germany and the whole world as a person who allowed himself to ridicule human grief. Zakharova also spoke about what Western countries should do to regain Russia’s trust. In her opinion, they need to stop “inflating” the crisis in Ukraine, and the West must prove its creditworthiness both in the political and legal sense of the word. He needs to be rehabilitated before the world community for all the lies and forgeries throughout the entire period of modern history, including the Ukrainian events.
