The road along Kuibyshev Street near the central market in Kurgan will begin to be made on August 20. The governor of the Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov spoke about this in his telegram channel. During Saturday’s detour of the city, he assessed the situation with the replacement of the collector.
“I once again conveyed a simple and understandable message to the contractor. We all understand the technology of the process of restoring the road after replacing the collector. In fact, it partly needs to be done anew along the excavation line. But residents need a repaired road as soon as possible,” wrote the head of the region Vadim Shumkov in his telegram channel.
Recall that the replacement of the collector on Kuibyshev Street caused a torn road near the central market. Earlier, URA.RU reported that several road construction projects were taking place in Kurgan at once. One of the main ones is the repair of the Nekrasovsky Bridge, the work is planned to be completed by mid-October. The bridge was completely blocked from the beginning of July until August 25. Traffic on the Kirovsky bridge was also blocked. The authorities plan to finish its renovation in the summer of 2023.
