In the Dobryansky district of the Perm Territory, the authorities refused residents the demolition of old wooden houses and landscaping. One of the residents of the village of Nikulino, through the local newspaper Kamskie Zori, turned to the officials. The woman noted that the villagers are trying to maintain order in their native Nikulino on their own, but some work requires the intervention of the authorities. The Perm woman drew attention to the old houses that “spoil” the view and the cow parsnip that overgrows the local lands.
“The most beautiful street we have is Zarechnaya. Residents planted ornamental shrubs and flowers on it. Lawns are always mowed. One house only spoils the view. And there are a lot of such houses on Central Street. The county has a demolition program for emergency homes. I would like to know when this program will work in Nikulino? There are very dangerous houses. Hogweed is all around us, even in the forest. Last year, the thickets along the roads were treated with something, but there are no results, ”the Kamsky Zori newspaper quotes the words of a resident.
The publication also published a response from the administration of the Dobryansky district. It says that “there are no houses recognized as emergency and subject to demolition in the village of Nikulino”, and the improvement of the village this year is “not planned”. Also, local authorities reminded the villagers that they are not dealing with the issue of eliminating the cow parsnip. The mayor’s office explained that the authority to destroy the plant was transferred to the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Perm Territory.
URA.RU wrote that in the Kama region, fines for poor control of cow parsnip have been increased: for legal entities, they can reach 1 million rubles. The leadership of the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Territory notes that the area of territories infested with hogweed in the region has reached 60,000 hectares.
