Temperature record broken in Yekaterinburg since 1952

In Yekaterinburg on May 26, an average daily temperature of 23.5 degrees Celsius was recorded, which broke the record set in 1952. This was told by meteorologist Alexei Pulin.

“The average daily temperature in Yekaterinburg: +23.5 is the warmest on May 26 since 1952,” Pulin wrote in the “Weather in Yekaterinburg” telegram channel. He added that May 26 is so far the warmest day this year.

The air temperature on May 27 in the daytime in Yekaterinburg will be +28-30 degrees, and at night – +16-18. According to Alexei Pulin, the abnormal heat in the Sverdlovsk region will continue until May 29.

Earlier it was reported that in Yekaterinburg the temperature record was broken since 1947. Sverdlovsk residents are waiting for the hot last days of spring.
