The widow of director Stanislav Govorukhin, Galina, died in a fire in the village of Lesnoye Ozero in New Moscow. About it TASS reported to emergency services.
“The widow of Stanislav Govorukhin Galina died in a fire in the cottage village of Lesnoye Ozero,” the source said. Galina Govorukhina was the second wife of the director, she worked as an editor at the Odessa Film Studio.

“By the measures taken at 17:43 the fire was localized and at 18:06 it was completely eliminated,”— informs The Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow, adding that one person died as a result of the fire, without revealing the identity.
Stanislav Govorukhin died on June 14, 2018. He is known for such films as “Ten Little Indians”, “Voroshilov Shooter”, the TV series “The meeting place cannot be changed”, “In Search of Captain Grant” and others.
