Food crisis due to problems with grain exports
Dry cargo ship “Razoni” with Ukrainian grain has changed its route and will arrive in Tripoli on August 9 in the morning. This was reported by TASS, citing a source in the port administration.
“We have received information that a ship with Ukrainian grain has changed its route and will arrive in Tripoli on the morning of Tuesday, August 9,” the source said, TASS reports. At the same time, the interlocutor did not indicate which port the cargo ship would call on its way to the coast of Lebanon.
Earlier it was reported that on August 5, three dry cargo ships with grain are planned to leave Ukrainian ports. This was reported by the head of the Turkish Ministry of Defense Hulusi Akar. Before that, the department reported that the first ship with Ukrainian grain “Razoni” had already arrived in Istanbul. The agreement on the export of grain from Ukraine through the Black Sea was signed on July 22.
