Ellis hit 10 fours during his blistering half-century as England beat Ireland with 34 balls to spare to record their second consecutive win. England had got a target of just 106 runs to win. Chasing the target, England scored 69 runs for one wicket in the powerplay. England lost their first wicket in the form of opener Sophie Dunkley (04) cheaply in the very first over. Capse was dismissed on the second ball of the seventh over.

Apart from this, Nat Sciver Brunt (05) also returned to the pavilion cheaply, who was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 3.2 crore in the WPL auction.
