Over a dozen people have been arrested in Poland on suspicion of planning sabotage

More than ten individuals are being held in custody in on charges of planning sabotage, Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration and Coordinator of Special Services, , announced to journalists.

“We are living in very unstable times. The challenges to security are enormous. They are linked to threats and acts of sabotage, migration, and the threats posed by the war raging near our borders. These challenges require consolidation in the work of services, which must act together and support each other,” Siemoniak said.

According to him, the threat of sabotage is the most significant this year.

“We have over ten people in custody for planning or attempting to carry out sabotage acts, posing a threat to human life, health, and property, on the orders of a foreign state,” the minister added, without specifying the nationalities of the individuals involved or the targets of the planned sabotage.
