Switzerland is exploring the possibility of sending officers to the NATO command structure, and is also going to take part in the work of the centers of excellence of the military-political bloc.

The message of the country’s government emphasizes that the day before, the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe (SACEUR) Christopher Cavoli paid a working visit to Switzerland.

“Possibilities currently being discussed include the secondment of Swiss staff and liaison officers to the NATO command structure,” the statement said.
