In the forest of Krasnouralsk, local residents discovered the mushroom Sparassis curly, listed in the Red Book. Information about this appeared on social networks.

“The other day, a friend sent me a photo of an unusual mushroom that she found in the surrounding forest of Krasnouralsk – Curly Sparassis. A rare species in the Urals, included in the Red Books of the Middle Urals, Perm Territory, Komi Republic, Chelyabinsk Region and Bashkortostan,” the community “Three Cities – Krasnouralsk Kushva V. Tour” community on the VKontakte social network betrays the words of the mushroom picker.

Sparassis curly grows in August and September. The mushroom is edible. According to the Sverdlovsk mushroom picker, cooks call such fruits mushroom or hare cabbage.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that a boletus weighing about five kilograms was found in the Novouralsky forest. The mushroom has grown to 40 centimeters in diameter.
