State Duma deputy proposed to recognize the ICC as an extremist organization

Russian State Duma deputy Biysultan Khamzaev, in response to the issuance of a warrant for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin, proposed recognizing the ICC as an extremist organization.

“This is not a court. This is an affiliated international organization that fulfills a specific political order,” — declared Khamzaev.

According to him, a good president for Russia, who is really responsible for national security and defends the country’s sovereignty, is a crime for the West.

“They need a “good” for themselves, their plans and a criminal for their people. It was in the history of Russia both, and more, ” he noted.
