Deputy of the State Duma (SD) Sultan Khamzaev intends to resume work on the issue of banning energy drinks to minors at the federal level. RIA Novosti writes about this.
“This fall session I will raise the issue of banning energy drinks for minors. <…> I believe that it is necessary to revive the work in this direction, which was started at the beginning of this year,” said deputy Khamzaev. He is quoted
Khamzaev recalled that a ban on the sale of energy drinks to minors is currently in effect in 30 regions of Russia. This practice is quite successful there.
Previously, the Russian authorities already intended to ban the sale of energy drinks to minors. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova ordered the ban to be worked out.
