Special Judge and 2 others booked for rapping boy in Bharatpur suspended by Jodhpur High Court


Based on a complaint in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, a case has been registered against Judge Jitendra Golia and two others under sections of the POCSO Act. These men have been accused of allegedly sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy. The police has handed over the investigation of the matter to a senior officer. The boy’s mother had given a police complaint against the judge and two others to the police.

At the same time, the Jodhpur High Court has suspended Judge Jitendra Singh with immediate effect when the matter came to light. Jitendra Singh was posted as a Special Judge in the Special Court of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The boy’s mother alleged in her complaint that the special judge dealing with cases related to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and two others was sexually harassing her son with some narcotic substance for the past one month.

The woman has alleged that Judge Jitendra Singh and two other accused had threatened her of dire consequences if she spoke about it. The other accused have been identified as Anshul Soni, the steno of the judge and Rahul Katara, another employee of the judge.

Police said the victim’s family members also alleged that ACB circle officer Parmeshwar Lal Yadav along with Soni and Katara had threatened to kill the boy. Police said the judge befriended the boy at the district club Company Bagh, where he used to play tennis.
