A foreigner suspected of carrying out jihadist propaganda in the country was arrested in Spain, the EFE news agency reported on November 30.


Members of the National Police Corps arrested this morning in Guernica, Biscay region, a Moroccan man. The arrested person does not have documents for residence in Spain. The police suspect him of conducting extremist agitation throughout the country, calling for him to join the ranks of banned terrorist organizations.

It is known that the arrested person previously lived in Germany. He was arrested by court order and has now been transferred to a prison in Madrid.
