Smog came from neighboring regions to the Kurgan region

Smog is observed in some municipalities of the Kurgan region due to fires in other regions. This information is posted in the regional government group on the VKontakte social network.

“As of the morning of June 1, there are no active fires in the Kurgan region. Smog in Kurgan, Vargashinsky and Belozersky districts is associated with fires that operate on the territory of neighboring regions, ”the message says.

Residents of the region were asked to remain calm. Authorities reminded people to keep windows closed during smog, wet cleaning, rinsing nose and mouth, not wearing contact lenses, not exercising, drinking more clean water and taking cool showers.

In recent days, abnormal heat has been observed in the Kurgan region. Temperatures in the region are expected to rise to 38 degrees.
