A number of individuals sustained gunfire wounds as a result of a mass shooting in Kentucky’s Laurel County, according to the local sheriff’s office.

“Several people were shot near I-75,” the statement reads.

Authorities have blocked off the surrounding area, located approximately 15 kilometers north of the city of London.
