The sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said that Pyongyang will destroy the South Korean authorities if they try to bring CoViD-19 into North Korea.
“If the enemy persists in such dangerous actions as provoking the entry of the virus into our republic, we will respond to this not only by destroying the virus, but also by destroying the South Korean authorities,” — quotes Yeo Jung’s threat to the South Korean agency Yonhap.
As Life recalls, on May 12, the CTC for the first time informed about the detection of coronavirus in North Korea. The daily increase reached its maximum level (392,920) on May 15, after which the indicator gradually decreased. On July 30, the DPRK authorities for the first time announced that there were no new cases of fever detected during the previous day.
