Schools and houses in Perm were left without electricity

In the Kirovsky district of Perm, schools and residential buildings were left without electricity. The branch of Rosseti Ural – Permenergo confirmed the information to the agency, explaining that the reason for the power outage was a “technological violation.”

“On September 22, at 15:13, a technological violation was recorded in the Kirovsky district of Perm. Some houses on Volgodonskaya, Tantsorova, Kalinina, and Kapitanskaya streets were left without power supply. Currently, the power engineers of the branch of Rosseti Ural – Permenergo are restoring power supply to residents using backup schemes. The causes of the incident are being established,” the public relations group of the Rosseti Ural branch – Permenergo told URA.RU.

As of 15:50, power supply has been restored to more than half of consumers. The remaining consumers will be connected within the next few minutes, the energy network organization noted.
