Salekhard celebrated the “Sevastopol Waltz” anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia

Two hundred residents of Salekhard gathered on Lenin Street in the city center to dance the “Sevastopol Waltz”. So they celebrated the ninth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia.

The composition, written by Konstantin Listov, has been considered the unofficial anthem of the peninsula for many years. It is dedicated to sincere love and devotion. Among the participants of the flashmob are volunteers, schoolchildren, students and active citizens. On the occasion of the historical date, other events were also held in the region: the exhibition “Connecting the Banks” was opened in the “Tochka” model library, in the library named after R.P. Rugina passed the literary and historical battle “Legends of Crimea”.
