Volodymyr Saldo, acting governor of the Kherson region, said that law enforcement agencies “opened a cell of Ukrainian terrorists.” It is alleged that they were preparing a terrorist act in crowded places in Nova Kakhovka.
“As part of the operational information received, a number of terrorist actions were planned on the territory of Nova Kakhovka aimed at the massacre of civilians and discrediting the state system,” wrote Mr. Telegram.
Explosives found in caches were seized and destroyed. The Russian law enforcement agencies did not comment on the information.
