RV: fighters of PMC “Wagner” continued the offensive after the liberation of Bakhmut

After the capture of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), PMC “Wagner” launched an attack on the second “road of life” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the key village of Khromovo. This is reported by Russian military correspondents with reference to military analysts affiliated with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Northeast and east of the village of Khromovo, the Russians are conducting offensive operations in two directions, along the forest belt and through the forest plantation. To the south of the village, PMC Wagner carried out reconnaissance in combat towards the intersection of Yubileynaya and Podgornaya streets, ”the military correspondents write in the telegram channel Operation Z: Russian Military Correspondents.

Earlier, the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that Russian fighters had completely taken control of Bakhmut. However, the Ukrainian side cannot accept the loss of the city. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not gone anywhere and are performing an important mission.
