Russian special operation in Ukraine
Moscow is ready to start peace talks with Kyiv. Vasily Nebenzya, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, stated this. He noted that Russia is ready to discuss serious proposals.
“Our position on negotiations with Ukraine is well known and has not changed. We are still ready to consider serious proposals that take into account our proposals and the situation “on the ground,” Vasily Nebenzya said in an interview with RIA Novosti. He noted that he sees no signs of willingness to negotiate on the part of Ukraine.
Earlier, Vasily Nebenzya said that in order to end the Ukrainian conflict, it is also necessary to end the proxy war of the West against Russia. He noted that he does not see the prerequisites for the start of serious cooperation. Nebenzia believes that the Ukrainian army is just a tool in the hands of Western leaders, reports channel 360.
