Russians using MTS services were left without communications and the Internet in the south of the country due to network failures. This was reported to the press service of the mobile operator.
“Around noon on September 21, MTS subscribers in a number of regions in southern Russia were left without mobile communications and the Internet. <...> Calls are unavailable for some subscribers in the Rostov, Volgograd regions, Krasnodar Territory and Adygea,” the press service said in a statement. It is clarified that they intend to fix the problems within two or three hours.
