Russian hockey player got into a fight with a teammate from Latvia

Russian hockey player Kirill Marchenko from the Columbus Blue Jackets got into a fight with his Latvian teammate Elvis Merzlikin. Journalist Brian Hedger reported this.

“Marchenko fell during training on the ice, possibly tripping over the stick of Merzlikin, who, despite the serious fall of the Russian, drove by and did not think to provide assistance. There was a fight,” the journalist reported on the social network X.

It is noted that Merzlikin apologized to Marchenko. This ended the conflict.
