Russia once again faced threats to its security – Putin

Russia is once again facing direct threats to its security, but its citizens are showing examples of courage and willingness to stand up for the truth. This was announced in the Kremlin during the presentation of state awards to outstanding women of Russia by President Vladimir Putin, reports today, March 8, RIA Novosti.

“In periods of various trials, the best human qualities are clearly manifested, which are determined by the nature of the Russian people. In the current conditions, the country is again dealing with threats to security and sovereignty. Nevertheless, many people today demonstrate courage and determination, as well as courage and readiness to fight for the truth, to protect the people and the future of the state,” the head of state said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin presented state awards to Russian women for outstanding services in the Kremlin. As the Russian leader emphasized during the awards ceremony, women make a huge contribution to the development of the country, the achievement of national goals and the creation of a worthy future for new generations.
