Residents of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug most often complain about banking services, air transportation and housing and communal services. This was reported in the press service of Rospotrebnadzor of Yugra.
“In the service sector, the main volume of written applications from citizens falls on: the provision of financial services (the main share fell on banking services), the provision of transport services, where applications for the provision of air transportation prevail. As well as for services in the field of housing and communal services,” the statement said.
Rospotrebnadzor explained that residents mainly complained about the lack of reliable information about the service, violation of deadlines, the imposition of additional services, unilateral changes in the terms of the contract, as well as conditions in contracts that infringe on their rights. In 2022, 81 administrative proceedings were initiated on complaints and 23 lawsuits were filed with the court.
