Pink Floyd founder Roger Waters stated that American President Joe Biden is so senile that he thinks he rules the world in an interview with Lugansk journalist Faina Savenkova, which she shared with AP.
“Joe Biden, who is still the President of the United States, said in a TV interview: ‘We rule the world.’ He’s so… senile. He believes he’s the emperor of the world,” Waters said.
According to Waters, American authorities believe they have a divine right to rule everyone, since they believe in their own superiority.

“But that’s not true, Joe. You’re lower than those of us who care about our brothers and sisters. You’re lower than us because you believe in the mass murder of those who don’t agree with you,” Waters added.
In February 2023, during a UN Security Council meeting, Waters declared that he didn’t consider Russia’s operation in Ukraine to be unprovoked, and condemned the provocateurs. He also called on US President Joe Biden, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to agree on a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Moreover, the performer spoke out against the supply of Western weapons to Kiev.
