After the recent decision of the Polish authorities to change the name of the city of Kaliningrad to “Krulevets”, the country began to change road signs. This is reported by gazeta.pl.
“The replacement of road signs has begun in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The new signs will indicate the route to Krulevets instead of Kaliningrad.
It is reported that the signs will be replaced on National Roads 51 and 57. It is planned to install 26 new signs showing the new name.
Formerly “Tsargrad” informedthat the authorities of the Kaliningrad region consider the decision of the Poles to rename the city as an insinuation. This decision caused them outrage.
