The delegation of the Chinese leader, among others, included Cai Qi, member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Wang Yi, head of the office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, and Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang.
