Residents of Germany in letters support the military in the DPR

Donetsk, 28 February 2023, 16:34 — REGNUM Letters are coming from Germany, especially from ethnic Russians, in support of the military of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the commander of the Rus battalion, a lieutenant colonel with the call sign Abkhaz, said on February 28.

According to him, the battalion even has a stand with letters from Germany.

“The letters that the Germans write are amazing. Germans, but these are Russians, German citizens who have been there for a long time. They write letters in Russian. You can see the Russian soul in them, because otherwise foreigners will pick up the words. Even there, the Russians are still the Russian world.”– he said.

The letters from Germany contain words of support for the special military operation, the Russian military and the residents of Donbass. Some even manage to come as volunteers with humanitarian aid, the colonel noted.

As reported IA REGNUM, over 60% of the respondents in Germany do not support the transfer of fighter jets to Ukraine. Such deliveries are not approved by 86% of supporters of the right-wing Alternative for Germany party, among the left-wing factions 81% of supporters were against.
