Bad weather will continue in the Sverdlovsk region on June 18 and 19. Forecasters predict thunderstorms, showers and strong winds. A message about the extension of the storm warning appeared on the official telegram channel of the Sverdlovsk Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“And bad weather again: according to weather forecasters, on June 18 and 19, very heavy rains, showers, thunderstorms, large hail, squally wind increase of 25 m / s are expected in some places in the Sverdlovsk region. Be carefull!”. – the message says. The rescuers announced a similar warning on June 17th.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations recommends to stop all work in the open air and at height, not to go outside unless absolutely necessary. “Keep as far as possible from light buildings, bus stops, power lines, trees. Danger can be represented by elements of the roof and glass, torn off by the wind. Such a threat is growing near buildings under construction or renovation,” the press service said. Also, do not hide from a thunderstorm under trees, do not approach water bodies and do not use the phone.
