Republicans introduced a bill on the audit of funds for aid to Ukraine

A group of Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives, led by Georgia lower house member Marjorie Taylor Green, introduced a bill to audit funds for aid to Ukraine. Ms. Green announced this on Twitter.

“I call for the verification of funds entering Ukraine, as well as for the financing and security of our border,” the American politician wrote on the social network. In addition to her, the bill was supported by 10 of her party members.

Earlier, Marjorie Taylor Green has repeatedly called for the impeachment of the current US President Joe Biden.

November 15 Joe Biden administration requested Congress has $37.7 billion in additional funds for Ukraine, including $21.7 billion for defense and $14.6 billion for Ukrainian government funding and humanitarian assistance.
