REK discovered the excess of utility bills

The Regional Energy Commission found an excess of payment for housing and communal services from Sverdlovsk residents. A document about this appeared on the REC website.

“In some municipalities, monitoring revealed signs of exceeding the values ​​of limit indices established by Decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region dated November 28, 2022 No. 603-UG. For the purpose of verification, information on alleged cases of exceeding the limit indices was sent to the state authority of the Sverdlovsk region, which carries out housing control, ”the document says.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that in the Sverdlovsk region, the growth of utility bills was limited. In most municipalities, it will change by no more than 9.5%. Also, monthly payments for the overhaul of houses in the Sverdlovsk region increased by 40%. According to the new tariff, the fee is 14 rubles 81 kopecks per square meter.
