In the Donetsk, Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, the supply of housing for rent increased significantly, while prices fell. Such data is provided by the CIAN real estate service.
“In the cities – the centers of the Russian regions that border on Ukraine and the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions that recently became part of Russia (taking into account the Krasnodar Territory, separated from the DPR by the narrow Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov), the supply of housing for rent increased noticeably in November , while prices have decreased, ”RBC reports, referring to the analytical materials of the CIAN platform. It is also noted that such data is confirmed by the federal real estate company “Etazhi”. They recorded a noticeable decline in demand in these cities after the rush summer performance.
Russia included the DPR, LPR, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. The corresponding agreement with the heads of these territories was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The decision to annex the regions liberated during the special operation in Ukraine was made following the results of referendums held from 23 to 27 September.
