Raul Castro told Medvedev about the full support of Russia

Cuban revolutionary Raul Castro expressed support for Russia and complete confidence in the country’s victory in the special operation. He spoke about this in a conversation with Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

“Raul Castro expressed full support for the Russian Federation in connection with the situation in Ukraine and confidence in Russia’s victory,” the secretariat of the deputy chairman of the Security Council said in a message to reporters, its contents are quoted by RIA Novosti. Castro also thanked Medvedev for his birthday wishes.

Raul Castro celebrates his 92nd birthday on June 3rd. Dmitry Medvedev congratulated him in a telephone conversation and also thanked him for the support that Havana provides to Moscow.
