The IMD said remaining parts of Northeast India, entire northern Bay of Bengal, remaining parts of West Bengal and Odisha, parts of central Bay of Bengal, parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Goa, parts of Karnataka and central Arabian Sea. Conditions are becoming favorable for further withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon from around 23rd October in some more parts of the state.

The Meteorological Department said that the southwest monsoon will move across the country around October 26, with the possibility of north-easterly winds in the lower troposphere (lowest level of the Earth’s atmosphere) levels over the Bay of Bengal and south peninsular India. likely to go. On Thursday, an alert of heavy rain has been issued by the Meteorological Department in seven districts of North Bihar including Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Purnia, Araria, Kishanganj and Katihar. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, rain may occur at one to two places in West Champaran, Siwan, Saran, East Champaran and Gopalganj of North West Bihar. Apart from Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Vaishali and Sheohar in the north central part, there is a possibility of rain at one or two places of Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa and Katihar in the northeast, while apart from Patna and southwest districts.
