    In Punjab’s Moga district too, farmers are standing on railway tracks at many places. Firozpur Division Railway spokesperson said that a total of 5 passenger trains have been stopped in the division. These trains are standing at Firozpur Cantt, Jalalabad, Moga and Ludhiana.

    Thousands of people in Punjab have been facing problems due to the halt of trains. People are being forced to travel by road except by trains.

    Farmers have also blocked the Delhi-Amritsar rail track in Karnal, Haryana. To avoid the possibility of any kind of violence, massive police force has been deployed by the government.
