SOCHI, 22 October – The trade turnover between Russia and Israel in the first seven months of this year has grown by 50%, despite the pandemic, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“In the first seven months of this year, trade grew by 50%, despite all the pandemic restrictions,” he said at a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.
Putin noted that trade and economic ties are still modest in terms of volumes, but nevertheless they are developing successfully.
“This is a very important component, there are interesting areas,” Putin added, explaining that this is about high-tech industries.
